Comprehensive dismantling of the freeze-drying line at the Vegenat plant, located in Guadiana del Caudillo (Spain).

The project was carried out under deadlines defined by the client, with Movilex having a 30-day execution period. The intervention involved high technical complexity, due to the presence of ammonia installations and the simultaneous coordination of multiple contractors on site.

Main functions and responsibilities of Movilex

During the dismantling, ferrous materials, aluminium-copper, stainless steel, electric motors, electrical panels, boilers, and other industrial equipment were recovered.

The majority of the recovered material was sold to local companies, promoting the reuse and recovery of resources.

Movilex also managed hazardous waste, including ammonia decontamination, gases from HVAC systems, noise-reduction blankets, and ceramic dust present in the process booths, ensuring treatment in accordance with current regulations.
