Their removal is necessary as part of the project for the <strong>expansion and modernization of the Port of Montevideo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main functions and responsibilities of Movilex<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Movilex has been awarded the <strong>international tender<\/strong> to carry out the <strong>refloating, transfer, and dismantling of all the vessels<\/strong> that make up this naval graveyard.<\/p>\n\n<p>This operation involves the <strong>management of over 50,000 tons<\/strong> of <strong>ferrous and non-ferrous metals<\/strong>, in addition to other waste associated with naval activity, ensuring their correct classification, treatment, and recovery.<\/p>\n\n<p>The recovered metals are being <strong>commercialized in the international market<\/strong>, destined for various countries such as <strong>Asia, Morocco, Mexico, Egypt, and Turkey<\/strong>, among others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-48433","proyectos","type-proyectos","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/movilex.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proyectos\/48433","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/movilex.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proyectos"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/movilex.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/proyectos"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/movilex.es\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=48433"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
